This house, Deokbokjae, is actually where we used to live. We’re a couple with a young daughter, and this space holds many memories for us. We renovated it with care so that guests like you can experience the feeling of staying in a real Korean home—not a hotel, not a showroom, but something warm, lived-in, and local. We hope your time here is more than just a stay—we hope it becomes a part of your travel story. We wish for Deokbokjae to be a quiet, cozy space where you feel safe, rested, and completely at home. To make your stay a bit more fun, we’ve prepared a few small gifts—like sikhye (sweet rice drink) and buldak-bokkeummyeon (spicy noodles)—just little touches to help you feel the flavor of Korea. We hope you enjoy them!
